Why I built this

An honest record of reality.

For two years, I tracked my activity in a spreadsheet. Not because anyone told me to — because I wanted to understand myself. How active was I, really? How did that connect to how my body felt?

I tried fitness apps along the way. Most made me feel worse. Too much logging. Too much guilt. Too many notifications telling me I'd broken a streak.

So I built something simpler. Open the app. Pick what you did. Save. Under 30 seconds.

I'm still a work in progress. I haven't become the person I want to be yet.

But for the first time, I can see it happening.

90 days of logging. Not every day was active. But every day was honest. And that record — that simple, unfiltered record — is slowly building the identity I want.

Open the app. Pick your activity — a walk, a gym session, a backyard cricket game, throwing a ball around with your toddler, anything. Save. The app gets out of your way so you can get on with your day.

No inflated streaks. No confetti for average days. Just your active days this year, your pace, and where you need to be. Rest days are logged here too — Sick, Holiday, Rest all have a colour. Nothing is hidden.
