Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database service that uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II compliant, which means it has been independently audited for security. Your data is currently stored on servers in the United States.
Each user's data is protected by Row Level Security — a technical measure that means you can only ever see your own data. Not other users' data. Not the app developer's data. Only yours.

If you choose to connect a Withings smart scale, we access your body measurement data through the Withings API. This connection uses OAuth — a secure, industry-standard method that does not require you to share your Withings password with us.
You can disconnect your Withings account at any time from the Settings section of the app. When disconnected, we stop accessing your Withings data.
We do not use any advertising networks, social media trackers, or analytics tools that share your data with third parties.
